I went through period of time where I wasn't getting out much. It was getting so bad my friends decided to help me out and drag me to a musical that was playing in our local community centre. It was kinda nice to see local people I knew up on stage singing songs, but I still wasn't very happy, until I saw her.
I didn't know who she was. She was like someone's daughter I didn't really know and she was now all grown up. She locked eyes with me and sang her songs, as if she was singing for me. I felt excitement and romance again, two things I hadn't felt in years.
Some time later I met her. She smiled at me and I couldn't help smiling back. We chatted and became fast friends. I smiled so much my cheeks started hurting.
