For a long time I was stranded on a cold, unfriendly planet. It had people alright, but they were all women and all unfriendly.
It was a very lonely time there. They ignored my presence and if I ever got in their way by accident, they would push me aside. Whenever I needed them for something they would groan and charge me extortionately for their trouble.
One day a warm-hearted girl arrived in a warm coloured spaceship. When I saw her ship it really stood out and I realised just how grey everything else on this planet was. I teared up when she appeared in the doorway with a warm smile and greeting for me.
Just then, the Frigid natives rushed past me in a crowd and welcomed the visitor, saying they were glad it wasn't another man. She took one look at them and crinkled her nose. She punched one of them in the face and the others started crying, apologising profusely to her.
She pushed them aside and walked towards me, holding her hand out. "Come on. Let's get away from these horrible creatures!". I smiled and took her hand. It was warm. It had a warmth I hadn't felt in a very long time. She took me to her ship and we left the planet very quickly. We went to a warmer place, to a place where women like her treated me a lot better.
