For a while my girlfriend and I went to school in the city centre. We couldn't believe our luck as it was so handy and close to everything. The rest of our classmates were used to it, but everyday we wanted to do stuff in the city!
We would walk around, holding hands, visiting shops, restaurants, little parks and museums. The end of every school day would bring about a new adventure in the city for us.
After a few hours we would have to return to the station to commute back to our homes in the countryside. Those little adventures we had after school made us feel all grown up. Just for a little while though. We still liked being kids from the countryside and didn't want to grow up too fast in other ways.
