All of a sudden, something weird happened in pop culture that changed the way people looked at things. People acknowledged the sacrifices that men always had to make for their families. Someone famous put a message out to the world that slavery was actually bad. It's bad for your finances, bad for your health, bad for your family and your friends. Story after story came out about men killing themselves with work. Men who were unappreciated on a mass scale. Things changed in the nick of time.
One day it wasn't job listings that were thrown up in front of me but things to study. Practical things I could learn to make money and of course, learning material for new parents.
People started saying things like "Be with your beloved family. They need you now."
