I hid inside a cannon to escape the princess, who was madly in love with me. She searched the castle high and low and I heard her several times run past my hiding place, calling my name. A sneeze gave me away, making her go "Aha!" fumbling with the cannon. Suddenly I was flying through the air as she set it off, making me fly through the air into the enemy's castle.
Now I wasn't being chased by the princess anymore, but by the enemy! They chased me all through their castle and got me into a corner. Just when all seemed lost, I heard the princess' voice. She flew through the air and bowled into the crowd that cornered me.
"My darling! I'll save you!" she said, picking me up in her arms and plowing through the bad guys in their castle. She kicked the front door down and ran out with me in her arms.
Soldiers from our castle saw us and cheered "The princess has rescued one of our citizens! Hurrah!". They were emboldened and stormed the enemy's castle, conquering it.
That evening at a celebratory banquet, the princess stood and announced her marriage to her prize, being me. What started as a simple game of kiss catch got me in something very serious indeed.
