I agreed to go on a blind date and when I got to the meeting place, I came face to face with a huge pack of husky dogs. A head popped up from them and a pretty girl with rosy cheeks pulled back her hood, saying "Hi!"
"Wow... hi!" I said back. It was my date and now I understood why she had "must love dogs" on her profile. Her dogs were all friendly and cute and they were how she got around. I wasn't used to it at all and she promised she'd take me for a ride. I was a little uneasy about it but she insisted, saying she and the dogs would take care of me.
We got to mushing. We ventured across the snowy wilderness and I saw many wonderful sights. I actually felt pretty safe as she held me in place, all while driving her dogs forward. We arrived at a cabin which was all nice and warm inside. She treated me to hot chocolate and we conversed for a long time, connecting very well. It was a wonderful date.
