I was chosen as part of a programme to test robot girlfriends. It was quite a journey.
I had to take part in programming as well as testing the new girlfriends. They were usually sweet and very considerate. Sometimes they tried to eat cats and play frying pans like musical instruments, but they were nice.
Very inquisitive too. They asked every little thing about the world, but that was a part of their programming. I sometimes had to plug a keyboard into them and talk to them that way. They were always eager to learn and be better, loving girlfriends.
Every time I finished testing one, I would feel sadness as it left for the next phase of product development. After testing more and more, I missed them more and more. I guess that meant the products were getting even better but it did a number on my emotions. I loved every single one of them.
