My girlfriend was really into this TV show and she was in a depression that it was coming to an end. The summer looked like it was going to be nothing but repeats of lame shows. She perked up when I suggested we watch repeats of her favourite show together.
I had never seen the show before and she was always trying to get me into it. Now was her chance!
We sat together with lots of snacks and watched it together doing marathons on hot days with the curtains drawn. We started from the first season and watched episode after episode after episode. We paused only to go to the bathroom or make love or order pizza.
When the pizza guy arrived, my girlfriend nearly punched him when he heard the theme music and started talking about spoilers. "Shhh! This is my boyfriend's first time!" she said, paying for the pizza before we got back to the couch.
