427 The Girl Who Stepped Out of my Comics

Growing up I was taught many things about girls. I was taught to think they were perfect when they weren't and I was taught to take what was in front of me, no matter what.

But the girls who appeared in my comic books, they were different. They were perfect only in looks and they were more interested in taking me.

Or at least, the protagonist. Unbelievably beautiful girls were around him all the time and they all wanted him and often took him to have their way with him.

In real life I came across many girls who asked what the heck was wrong with me and why I wasn't doing this that and the other for them. Even the beautiful ones. They couldn't conceive that I wasn't interested.

The beautiful ones couldn't understand that beauty wasn't enough. The girls in my comics inspired me to seek a partner who was interested in me as well as being beautiful.

Of course, beauty and interest alone aren't enough for a life partner, but it filters a lot. The girl who jumped out of my comics was the one who became so real and better than any imitation by being real. It wasn't just the weird magic from nowhere that made her literally jump off the page and into my arms, but it helped a lot.
