When the pandemic was declared, all the supermarkets no longer had queues. At least not indoors. You had to queue outside just to get in the place. I stood in line for a few minutes until I heard a "psst!" coming from somewhere.
I looked around and saw a local girl who was beckoning me to come over to her. I checked if the coast was clear and I went over to her.
"I can let you in here... but you gotta give me a kiss first!" she said.
"This isn't practising good social distancing, you know!" I said hesitatingly.
"Kiss. Now." she ordered, puckering her soft lips.
"Ok fine..." I said, giving her a peck on the cheek.
"A proper one!" she said.
I put my lips on hers and she grabbed my face, completing the lovely soft smooch.
"Good boy... now come on!" she said, sneaking me in.
The queue outside continued for ages.
