My girlfriend was inspired by cartoons and games to make an invention that would warp you a short distance away. She was a genius so it worked. She was like a ninja, warping all around me and hugging me from behind, but she wanted to try it on something else...
She wanted to see if we could board a train with it. We waited by some tracks for a while. Then, as the train was passing, she held my hand and activated her invention, aiming for the train.
We warped into some comfy seats, set on the journey. It was a success! We hugged each other with joy and sat back to enjoy the journey.
There was the matter of the conductor of course, which required some strategic warping, but we were fine.
