My girlfriend and I looked out the window at all the job zombies commuting. We missed the Great Recession when everything quietened down. Now it was all crowded and dangerous and annoying. That was, until the virus hit and was in the news 24/7.
All of a sudden the roads were quiet again. We looked at each other and nodded. It was our time to go out again.
We went to a fast food place and were delighted to see hardly anyone was there. We were given five star attention and quality of food. I was even able to order bacon to be crispy! We sat at a comfy place we used to sit when crowds of people weren't coming in.
We looked at each other and smiled. The quiet times were back and we were delighted. Someone sat near us. My girlfriend pretended to sneeze which made them look uncomfortable before they decided to sit somewhere else. We smiled to each other.
Afterwards we went to the main streets to go shopping. No crowds made it extremely chill.
