The ending for Super Mario Odyssey was so awful that it made people into mad scientists. One in particular, a Professor E. Madd, decided to make his own creation to take over the world. He created several characters but one actually did succeed! Her name was Bowsette!
Bowsette was made out of other bits and pieces of Amiibos, particularly the wedding themed ones from Super Mario Odyssey. No one wanted them anymore because the ending of the game made them completely pointless and tacky.
Bowsette broke free and went on an uncontrollable rampage to crush and burn every Amiibo in existence. She would break into GameStop stores and use her fire breath on the Amiibos on display. She would hack scalpers on eBay to track them down and destroy their entire inventory, shoving them where the sun don't shine.
She eventually got hold of an Amiibo emulator to create more Bowsettes until she had an army of Bowsettes to take over the world and destroy all Amiibos. The only one who knew how to stop her was her creator, but he died from laughing his butt off. His butt came clean off and he died from having no butt anymore.
