I buried my head under the bedsheets. My girlfriend was a morning person but I wasn't. I wanted to stay in bed more but she was very active. "Let me kiss you" she said.
I poked my head up and she gave me a kiss. It was the only way she could get me to show my face at this stage of the morning. "Breakfast in bed ok?" she said and I nodded. Her breakfasts were awesome.
Some time later she sat by me on the bed and fed me crispy bacon. It tasted so good and she made the best bacon. I'm glad I didn't have to commute for miles today to a café which still had the risk of serving half raw, floppy bacon. I had everything I wanted here, with her.
