I missed the alarm I had set and I was grumpy for a while, but my robot girlfriend comforted me and got me in better humour before going to make me breakfast with crispy bacon and egg yolks. I relaxed and looked out the apartment window. The clouds below were thicker than usual. I looked at the electronic calendar and I was shocked the see it was in the distant future. Had I slept in that long?
I looked up current events online and saw absolutely horrifying stuff that made me very angry. I decided to use the time machine. However, I wanted to satisfy my anger first.
I made some settings and programmings to my robot girlfriend. When she finished making breakfast she gave me a kiss and said "be back soon!" before leaving to go down to the surface.
I turned on a viewpoint that was through my girlfriend's eyes. I enjoyed the tasty yolk and amazing crispiness of the bacon she made for me and enjoyed the show.
She came across some thugs straight away and they were everywhere. With the sweetest demeanour she turned her arm into a cannon and shot them to death. "Take that, *&$)££%s!" she said, uttering a slur in her sweetest voice.
This set alarms off and huge crowds of enraged thugs appeared and went for her. She turned her arm cannon into a flame thrower and blew a massive blast of fire right into their faces. The flame had a long reach and she burned the huge crowd of losers into mounds of burning flesh screaming in pain.
I finished my breakfast and watched the show with delight. Soon, she came back home and we smooched. We watched the news that blamed it on whoever was the scapegoat of the day so we got away with it. I was satisfied enough, so we used the time machine to warp the apartment back to our old time.
I looked up the current events and they were horrible as well, but hadn't reached a level that was too bad yet. I thought about going for round 2.
