After spending some time in her workshop, she came out with something. She called me over and put the mask on me, telling me to take a few deep breaths...
I was surprised to find that I couldn't feel anything. However, it definitely LOOKED like there was a mask on my face. I just couldn't feel it.
We could now use public transport. We were inspected before being allowed on the bus and got the go ahead.
On the bus we could see people gasping but we were able to breathe fine. Others had to take their makeshift masks off to grab a few breaths of air but we were okay. We were able to be normal, at least for a little while.
