I lost a lot of my friends when the console of the corporations came out. It didn't have any games, but the marketing poisoned the minds of my friends. One by one, I lost them. When I got the console of the video game fans, I made some new friends, one of whom became my girlfriend.
Together we loved making fun of the corporations, telling the marketers to get lost and cutting ties with the customers of the corporation console who used to be our friends. We also loved playing games together.
One day the corporations decided to come out with a new console that would give them complete control over what we played. The marketing made us lose even more friends unfortunately. However, the ex-girlfriends of the ones we lost stuck around.
I became a boyfriend to lots of girls who loved playing games with me. They loved playing with me as well.
