My girlfriend and I went to a fairground for a day of fun. We came across one of those ring the bell and win a prize competitions. The owner said he bet I couldn't ring the bell to win a prize for my girl.
I said I agreed, but my girlfriend was a different story!
"I'll take a whack at it!" my girlfriend said. The owner raised an eyebrow.
My girlfriend took the hammer and with an almighty whack, she rung the bell easily.
The owner mumbled "congratulations" and handed over an enormous stuffed toy. My girlfriend made me carry it for the rest of the day.
"You're carrying this. It lets people know I won it for you and I'm gonna get you in the sack tonight!" she said, shoving her hand into one of my back pockets.
