When my girlfriend heard that fast food places were opening in different towns, she got to inventing. We couldn't use regular transport due to the curfew, so she went into her workshop and started on something. She came out with these wheel-less scooters that hovered in the air. "Let's get some burger meals!" she said happily, standing on her one.
She held the handlebars and flew up into the air with a "wheeeee! Come on!"
I jumped on the one she made for me and it flew up into the air after her.
It was amazing. We were really high up. "Let's go to the next town!" she said, shooting off in that direction. I followed her closely. Fields and bushes whizzed underneath us.
We saw a police checkpoint in the road below. We didn't have to but we turned on these cloaking devices that made us invisible in the air. We flew over them without any hassle whatsoever. My girlfriend laughed. I felt like an outlaw. "We're bad kids!" she laughed.
When we got to the next town we headed straight for the fast food place and got our food.
On the way back we sat on our air scooters as we ate burgers and hovered over the police again while under the cloak. My girlfriend went "nyah!" at them.
We got home and put out the rest of our order on the table. It was the most delicious meal we had in a long time.
